Tv and Exercise

Tv and exercise!!

Oh yeah “America's Got Talent” is back on. I got talent, at putting weight on, not losing weight like I am to be doing…haha. I want my damn Coconut Palm Sugar, NOW!!!

But seriously, there is nothing wrong with sitting down and enjoying some tv now and then. But you don’t have to be just a couch potato while doing so. You can get in some little exercises while watching things on tv like “America’s Got Talent”, when the commercials come on. Instead of going to the fridge or cupboard to get something to snack on, get some exercise in.

We all know that there are loads of commercials during any show and when shows like “America's Got Talent” are on, they seem to add extras in there somehow. Anyhow, try doing some form of exercise every time the commercials come on.

Things like: jumping jacks, jump rope, push ups, sit ups, arm curls….etc. You get the picture. There are hundreds of different things that you could to while watching tv to get in some extra exercise.

See, there can be more to it when you decide to watch tv, then just being a couch potato. Hope this gets you motivated and moving.

Now thanks to my DVR, I myself am going to go and enjoy watching “America's Got Talent” and yes, I too will be doing some form of exercise during those commercials. This way I can say that I have talent too!!!
After doing Jillian's DVD....damn I was tired!!!

Today’s Challenge…..Did a Jillian Michaels workout….damn that woman is hard on ya!!

  1. What a clever idea! I've been avoiding television altogether because I have a tendency to get sucked into it. But maybe if I do what you suggested and exercise during advertisements, it might not be so bad! Thanks!
